Altius: the Latin word altius, which means ‘higher’ is the comparative form of the adjective altus, alta, altum, meaning ‘high’ and also ‘proud’. It is a familiar word due to its inclusion in the Olympic motto "Citius, altius, fortius" – Faster, Higher, Stronger – an invitation to give the best of yourself and to consider this surpassing as a victory. It characterizes the ambition of Abylsen’s personal development programme, namely to have a broader perspective of everyday business life and the desire to raise the expression of potential of each consultant.
